Now set up and adjusted by a local highly regarded strip shop, finely selected materials and highly skilled crafstman result in a bass that is the best of both worlds.A high quality solid spruce top and beautifully figured solid maple back, together with flamed maple sides provide that full resonant sound that bass players look for. Geniune inlaid purfling and hand rubbed dark varnish gives these carefully selected tops and backs to give these basses that little extra touch of class. The German maple bridge helps to transfer sound seamlessly down through the soft top for a flawless tone produced eventhrough through the instrument. Ebony fingerboard and tailpiece look as good a they sound pairing perfectly with included D'Addario Helicore strings (0 Value!). A nylon tailpiece hanger holds it all tighly in place to provide you with a strong reliable instrument every time you take it out of the case.To complete this outfit, the Carlo Robelli 605 Series String Bass comes equiped with a Brazilwood horsehair bow with ebony frog and real leather grip.
